Caravans/trailers/motorhomes must be fully insured at all times while in storage.
12 Month Contract to be paid annually or monthly by direct debit
28 days notice to be given to terminate storage contract
Collection and delivery between 7am to 6pm
Wheel and hitch locks are advised
All personal effects and valuables must be removed from the caravan, and the windows and doors to remain locked during the period on site
All caravans/trailer to be parked correctly within the allocated plot
The Caravan/trailer and the allocated plot area must be kept tidy and no litter left behind
No trading is permitted from the site, and caravans must not be offered or advertised for sale while on site
The caravan must not be inhabited during the storage period
You MUST NOT store dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods
The key fob is issued to the caravan owner only & as such is to remain in their possession at all times and is to be reported immediately if lost or stolen.
Upon leaving storage (end of contract) Key fobs must be returned.
Never let anyone else in with your key fob
Always use your key fob to access the storage area, don't follow someone else in.
Storage rent to be paid at the beginning of each monthly term
All gas bottles to be disconnected when unit is in storage
All windows and doors to be closed and secure while the unit is in storage
No repairs to be carried out in the storage compound
Navenby Station Storage excludes any liability caused by vermin infestation. A recognised vermin control regime is in place and monitored regularly
Navenby Station Storage excludes all liability for loss or damage unless such loss or damage is a result of negligence of Navenby Station Storage or its employees.
In the event of the storage fee being overdue, Navenby Station Storage may retain possession until the arrears are settled in full. In the event of a negative response to possession, legal action may be taken to sell the unit via The Torts Interference with Goods Act 1977. Outstanding arrears plus costs will be deducted from the proceeds.
The storage facility is covered by CCTV, which is recorded and stored.
Where it appears that a Vehicle has been brought onto the storage site for the purpose of abandoning it, the Bailee may arrange disposal of the Vehicle via the provisions of Refuse Disposal (Amenity) Act 1978 as amended and any costs incurred will be recovered from the person who brought the Vehicle onto the storage site.
